8 years ago we began a little quiz in the Woolshed, Cork. 70 people attended. It only grew from there, until about two months later we were seeing 200 players attending every week. Before long every bar in the city was looking for a quiz. Since then we have weekly, different style, quiz events running in establishments like An Brog, Sober Lane, Brick Lane, The Briar Rose, Franciscan Well and The Bishopstown bar. Plus we have also been working with many corporate clients and private functions over the years.
Livequiz has come about due to the current Covid-19 crisis in which we have all found ourselves in at the moment. We love doing quizzes and we love entertaining people. Livequiz has given us the opportunity to continue on doing these things and also a way of keeping in touch with the many friends we have made doing the quizzes. We’ve been DJs at some of their weddings (we even did a quiz at one), we’ve even seen first dates become walk down the isles and it just makes sense to keep on doing what we love doing.
Livequiz is run EVERY SUNDAY with prizes for the winners but it is run for entertainment purposes first and foremost.
